Recruitment Consultancy is a Matter of Trust
After we have settled on the approach, either direct or via the database, or after you have submitted an application to a job advertisement, a number of preliminary phone calls will follow. The purpose of the latter is to establish mutual trust and confidence.
During that phase we must always keep in mind that the client’s privacy rights as well as the candidate’s privacy rights are beyond question, according to the principles of proper and qualified personnel consultancy
GoPB. If after the first comprehensive telephone interview both parties come to the conclusion that the application is a promising one, then we’ll ask you to provide a complete documentation.
The next steps, which will follow, are meeting with you in person and submitting your presentation to our client, your prospective new employer.
